F.initiatives, spécialiste du conseil en stratégies de financements publics en faveur de la R&D&I accompagne ses clients dans la valorisation de leurs projets de R&D, jusqu’à la production de leur innovation.  

Véritable acteur dans l’écosystème de la recherche et développement, F.initiatives a créé une Direction Scientifique en 2019. Composée d’un Expert Squad, d’une Knowledge Factory et d’un Research Lab, elle permet de structurer l’activité de R&D du groupe.  

Ainsi, F.initiatives contribue au développement de la recherche scientifique et à l’augmentation des publications liées. 

Pourquoi réaliser de la recherche scientifique ? 

Sept Chercheurs (Cinq Docteurs et deux doctorants en thèse CIFRE*) composent cette Direction Scientifique et évoluent au sein du Research Lab. Ce département a pour objectif de permettre la réalisation d’une veille scientifique et technologique régulière afin de proposer de nouvelles approches, et ainsi de faire évoluer le métier du conseil pour accompagner les Consultants dans leurs missions quotidiennes.  

Ces conduites de projets sont possibles grâce au développement et à l’expérimentation de techniques en Apprentissage Automatique, domaine de l’Intelligence Artificielle, et au Traitement Automatique des Langues. Ces procédés permettent de faciliter la recherche d’informations dans un grand volume de données. Un troisième sujet de recherche concerne l’acquisition de nouvelles connaissances et l’implication des collaborateurs, via des procédés de Gamification et des jeux sérieux.
